Suranne Jones

Sarah Anne Jones is a British actress and producer better recognized by her stage name Suranne Jones. Her fame has been built by portraying the character of Ruth Slater in the miniseries 'Unforgiven', Detective Rachel Bailey in the police procedural drama "Scott & Bailey as well as G.P. Gemma Foster in the medical drama 'Doctor Foster'. The actress is originally from Chadderton, Greater Manchester, Jones was a member of The Oldham Theatre Workshop and received her BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts at the Oldham Theatre Workshop.
